a. Edit Account Information

It is possible to edit your account information on Cinevesture. 

You can change/update – 

  1. Your profile – Basic details, Employment, Education and Portfolio 
  2. The projects listed under you or your organisation 
  3. Your organisation details
  4. Your password 
  5. Your contact details 
  6. Your billing address

You cannot change – 

  1. Your name 
  2. Your User ID
  3. Your membership (for atleast one year)
b. Change Password

We recommend that you change your password every 6 months to make your account more secure. For this you will receive an OTP on your registered email id. Add the OTP to the site and create your new password.

To make your password strong, it should include lower case letters, upper case letters, symbols and numbers. Do not share your password with anyone and try to avoid making your password information that is easily available to people, like your birthday.

If you feel your account has been hacked, change your password immediately.

c. Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password and wish to reset it, click on Forgot Password and enter your registered email id to receive the OTP. Once you have filled in the OTP, create the new password and access your account.

d. Change Account Type/Upgrade Account Membership

The current account membership that you hold is a yearly plan. If, at any point, you wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, please reach out to the team on info@cinevesture.com

To access the free trial period, you need to choose a subscription plan. If you wish to upgrade/downgrade you can choose the plan of your liking during or post the free trial period.

e. Deactivate Account

We are sad that you wish to leave us. If it is because of some issue with your account, do reach out to us so that we can try to resolve it for you. If not, to close your account you will have to take the following steps – 

  1. Go to Profile > Settings
  2. Click on Deactivate Account
  3. Be absolutely sure that you want to deactivate and click Confirm

Please remember that if you choose to delete your account, your account will not be not be visible to the public. The process cannot be undone. If you wish to return to the platform in the future, you will have to go through the oricess of sign up and setting your profile all over again.

Account deletion means that any account linked to you, whether individual or an organisation, will be deleted. In the case of an organisation account, the accounts of the members you have invited to our platform will also be automatically deleted.
